Calendars are online and available for presale. Go to http://seatonshoots.org to purchase. The pre-sale price is $10 after September 14 the regular price will be $15.

For more updates and studio news we are migrating seatonartblog.com and SeatonART.com over to seatonshootsblog.com. A slow process.. but one web site, one blog, one brand: Seaton Shoots Photography is to come. We have been working with Cheryl Ball this past year in updating our marketing. This will make my life much easier and present our studio as a cohesive unit!! This design work.. redoing the site and other info…. well in progress!!.

In the meantime please show your suppport and help the March of Dimes!! Give up one lunch this week and buy a calendar!!

Calendar voting has started!!

Go to http://seatonshoots.org and place your votes!! Voting is from June 1st thru June 30th at 11pm. We will also be announcing weekly prizes. So moms, dads and grandparents spread the word and help us help the March of Dimes!!

Seaton Shoots studio updates

Many, many thanks to all the moms and (dads) who brought their kids in for our March of Dimes calendar sessions.

Online voting for the March of Dimes Angels and Sweethearts Calendar will begin JUNE 1, 2010 and END JUNE 30th, 2010 at 11 pm  -THIS ARE THE FINAL DATES updated April 28, 2010. I will be sending out info to all the families that took part with instructions regarding the online voting. We will need your help! We will be having weekly winners with fun prizes!

Been crazy busy, thankful yes! to all of you that give us the chance to capture your memories.. As well as weddings and studio sessions I have photographed several local Charity Fundraisers. Oysterfest, Childhelp’s PARTY of the year! -The Women of Achievement- hosted by our local Girl Scout Council and March of Dimes -Walk for Babies, Knoxville. Visit our FACEBOOK page to see more images from the events. We are doing these events as a donation of our time and talents. We would love for you to use the image on your own profiles, we simply ask that yo do not alter them in anyway.

This weekend is Derby Day. Our family .. well the girls have grown up at Crescent Bend. … we will be attending the festivities there. Should be a great day! Brett Grimm has brought back loads of goodies from Kentucky and as always plenty of food and drink to enjoy!

sessions april 9th & 10th only

HERE ARE THE BASICS: These are Limited Sessions. This is the last chance .. no more after april

We have 5 spots left for APRIL 9th and 10th . Call 865-525-5828 to book your session by APRIL 2nd (friday) and  and you will have $100 of print credit. This is for the 5 spots left sessions only. Must call or email us by Friday April 2nd to receive the print credit. Email the studio

Your $100 session fee/contest entry fee benefits the March of Dimes. AND gets your child in the running to have a spot on the calendar. The sessions are on Friday and Saturdays. If you are a stay at home or part-time mom please choose a Friday session. One entry fee per child. CLICK HERE TO SEE THE RULES.

The March of Dimes directly supports improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

After the sessions, Sarah Lynn Seaton will choose one image from your session to go on the voting website. When all photos are up, and sessions completed the voting begins. Each vote costs $1, and all proceeds from voting go to the March of Dimes. Individuals, corporations, and local businesses are welcome to the voting process.

The 11 Angels and Sweethearts that yields the most votes will be printed in the 2011 calendar. The silent auction winner from the Chef’s auction purchased the 12th spot. Voting begins May 1st 2010. (This date to be confirmed later and may change.)
